Among them, shot blasting cleaning is driven by a hydraulic motor, and grit blasting cleaning is driven by a starter motor. Our company has designed inner wall shot blasting machines for large-diameter pipes and shot blasting machines for large and medium-sized steel pipes with a diameter of more than 500mm, etc.This equipment uses automatic shot blasting to remove surface rust. It utilizes the high-speed projectile stream emitted by a high-efficiency shot blaster to the oxide scale, rust layer, and other impurities on the inner surface of the steel pipe, thereby achieving a fine and bright surface. This process improves the tensile and compressive strength of the workpiece, enhances the adhesion for inner surface painting protection, and achieves the purposes of anti-corrosion, pipe protection, and extending the service life of the steel pipe. The(smoothness) and roughness of the workpiece surface after cleaning meet the relevant standard specifications.

Function of componentsOn the one hand,this even distnbution results in significantly higher energy utilization during acceleration of the abrasive.On the other,italso significantly increases the efficiency of the abrasive stream on the work piece surface.Inensity and degree of coverage increase considerably over an enlarged area.The results of this improved energy utilization can be seen in comparative testing using sheet metal pieces ,on Aimen measurement strips and also from turbine wear-and-tear.

Description of Equipment Structure and ComponentsThis equipment is mainly composed of a front and rear movable auxiliary chamber, a fixed sealed chamber, an inner wall hydraulic movable shot blasting machine, a steel pipe rotation device, a belt conveyor-type shot conveying mechanism, a bottom belt conveyor, a hoist, a maintenance platform, a separator, a dust removal system, an inner wall shot blasting machine traveling mechanism, a steel pipe loading and unloading mechanism, a hydraulic system, and an electrical control system, etc.1. Load the steel pipe onto the conveying trolleys via the hydraulic feeding mechanism.2. The three conveying trolleys drive the steel pipe to move towards the fixed sealing chamber simultaneously and stop when reaching the predetermined position.3. The movable sealing chamber and the movable hydraulic shot blaster move together towards the other end of the steel pipe, and stop after fully sealing the pipe end and reaching the detection position.4. At this point, the steel pipe is in a closed state, and the hydraulic shot blaster for the inner wall reaches the end of the fixed sealing chamber driven by the trolley.5. Start the steel pipe rotation mechanism, internal blasting head, shot conveying mechanism, dust removal system and internal blasting head moving flat car in sequence. 6. The steel pipe rotates, the internal blasting head moves and projects shots onto the inner side wall of the steel pipe.7. The inner wall of the steel pipe is completely cleaned after the internal blasting head passes through the entire steel pipe.
