BFZ70 Flat TeethBFZ70 is a hot selling flat teeth from Juli Machinery.The teeth body is forged by 42CrMoA alloy steel with hardness up to HRC38-42.This teeth is inlaid with 8 carbide tips at the top, with hardness reaching HRA 86.5–89.It is fitted on foundation drilling augers and buckets. It cuts and scrapes soil to remove debris efficiently and improve boring performance.It is suitable for foundation drilling in clay, silt, gravel and soft weathered rock formations.Flat Teeth & holderThe features:Flat teeth is the important cutting components of drilling auger and bucket, which suitable for soft rock layers, sandstone and complex formation containing small and medium-sized pebbles. The holders are used for fix bucket teeth to prevent them from falling off or loosening during drilling.They are all used for foundation drilling engineering, such as high-rise building foundation engineering, highway and bridge infrastructure engineering.1.Wide flat cutting edge enables large-area scraping and peeling, effectively reducing drilling resistance and avoiding slippage in sticky soils.2.The teeth body is forged from 42CrMo alloy steel, reaches a hardness of HRC38-42 after heat treatment.
The flat teeth inlaid with tungsten carbide reaches a hardness of HRA86.5 after heat treatment. It is features high hardness and impact resistance, which greatly expend its service life.3.The holders are made of 40Cr alloy steel, after heat treatment, the holders reach a hardness of HRC38-42.
